Terms of Service

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity in households you belong to. Provide accurate information when signing up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to access accounts, households, or data that aren’t yours;
• disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service; or
• upload content you don’t have the right to share.

Your content

The inventory, notes, and images you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them so we can provide the app’s features (for example, reading a receipt you scan). We don’t claim ownership of your content.

Receipt scanning and product data

Receipt reading and barcode matching are automated and imperfect. Item names, sizes, prices, and expiration estimates may be wrong. Always review what the app suggests before relying on it — especially for anything safety-related, such as allergens or medication.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its data will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Stash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change the service over time. We’ll update the “last updated” date when we do, and continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using Our Stash and delete your account at any time.
